for the first time in history the Pro Bowl was played before the Super Bowl, and being moved from its home in Honolulu to South Florida at Miami Dolphins stadium. having the biggest crowd since 1995 it was half empty in the third quarter mostly due to the rain and the 60 degree temperatures, while in Honolulu it was sunny and in the 80's. the AFC beat the NFC 41 to 34 and QB Matt Schaub (AFC) from the Houston Texans was the MVP throwing 189 yards and two touchdowns. "It's a game you watch growing up as a kid and wonder if you could ever be in," Schaub said. "To actually be a part of it is incredible." Also throwing a pair of TD's was Packer's Aron Rogers (NFC) and teammate DeSean Jackson catching two scores, one from Rogers the other from regural season QB Donovan McNabb. Vincent Jackson from the chargers had a good game with seven catches for 122 yards and a TD, throwing to Vincent was replacment player David Garrard. Garrard who most people thought shouldnt be there came out throwing 183 yards, 48 of them was the deep ball to Vincent. out of both teams nearly 40 percent of the players selected didnt play. after this year the pro bowl will be back in Honolulu, but the deccison for it being before the super bowl is still underway.
